The SEMINAR and MANUAL were designed after intensive research whereby the findings of well known authors and personalities like Dalai Lama, Einstein, Robbins as well as the teaching of holy and spiritual books like the Bible have been gathered and used to support the success of the author. The above mentioned findings chosen have been added to the personal experiences and success of the author to fit the requirements of this manual with reliable as well as proven information and strategies to shape your success in your studies as well as your profession.  In other words these findings are constituted of strategies, knowledge and wisdom that allowed the author to overcome the dark enclosure of Disability Discrimination by emerging as a triumphant physically challenged, deaf and speech impaired with mild dysarthria Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate of a prestigious International Tertiary Education Institutions like MANCOSA whose MBA is ranked among the top three of the leading Universities of Southern Africa.  Usually every student/professional work hard but why some students/professionals are more successful than others and why some students/professionals failed while others succeed?  There are no magic formulas as answer to these questions.  Everything that has happened, happened for a reason and at the end of the day we always reap the results of what we have sown as we always have and always will.  Whatever happened to us everyday is the result of our thought, actions, words, emotions and intent.  Everything is possible and if you want outstanding results for your studies/ professional assignments YOU CAN, these very outstanding results that you never dared to even dream because others appear to be better than you will no longer be a dream.  But the achievement of these results will depend on the extent of your faith or the lack of it.  The greatest inspirational and motivational evidences of life are found behind the miracles of DISABILITY.  We are all creations of god and everything is possible, it is time to unlock the sleeping GIANT within your soul and light up the flame that will allow you to go beyond the limit of the sky.  Be a bearer of the light, a messenger of the faith and a positive force of creation that will allow you to create the success you want to be.
